You will need 1) an RMA (return merchandise authorization) Number, 2) a completed RMA Form and 3) a copy of your dated proof of purchase before you can return any product. An RMA Number can be obtained by calling 1.800.338.7337. Each RMA Number is good for one shipment (multiple items accepted) and will expire 10 days after the date it was issued. The new RMA form can be filled in electronically and you can now save a copy of the digital file for your records. After you receive your RMA Number, fill out the RMA Form and enclose a copy of your dated proof of purchase and return it with your product(s)
