These are replacement suction cups.  There are two different types available.  The Whelens which work with all Whelen products using suction cups.  The other type is the screw in type which are held in place with a single small screw in the rear of the suction cup. 

Please be sure to choose the right type for your application.  Suction cups are sold individually.
