Not bad but..

The magnet is nice and sturdy, but the way the magnet mounts to the bottom makes the beacon look awkward. The threaded insert Whelen give you sticks out a ways making it sit higher than I'd like. Whelen also doesn't give you an on/off switch on the power plug, seems like a slight oversight for Whelen.
