What is the latest time I can place an order for expedited shipping?

We can guarantee that all in stock items that have expedited shipping will ship if the order is placed by 1pm. We cannot guarantee it will ship if it is placed after that time. When will my order ship?

We try to ship all orders as fast as possible. Please allow 5-10 business days for all in stock items to ship. Special order/made to order items could have a longer lead time. If you have any questions about lead times please email [email protected]

Before opening any items check your order for damages or inaccuracies, excluding any backordered items. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

I installed my lights and realized I ordered the wrong color can I return them? 

No, any product that has been installed or used in any way will not be accepted for return. Any product not in its original packaging or with rips or tears also will not be accepted.

Can I return or exchange my order? 

Full refund if item is returned within first 14 days, after that there is a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns that are over 30 days. We have a 30 day return window. Special order/made to order/garage sale/final sale items cannot be returned.

How do I return an item for a full refund? 

We offer a full refund on new, unused, unopened, undamaged, resalable products in their original packaging as long as it arrives at our facility within 14 days of receipt. To make a return, simply email [email protected] and return form will be sent to you automatically. You may also directly start the process by downloading our Return/Exchange Form, filling it out and sending it back with your item. Any item that has been installed or used in any way cannot be returned. All packaging must be as received without rips or tears. Please pack product box within a separate box. No markings or return codes are to be written on the original product box. Any items not returned within 14 days of receipt will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Can I send my item back for an exchange?

Yes, to exchange merchandise without placing a new order, simply follow the instructions for a return and note the item required on the return/exchange form. Any item that has been installed or used in any way cannot be returned. All packaging must be as received without tears. Please pack product box within a separate box. No markings or return codes are to be written on the original product box. All special orders, made to order, final sale, and garage sale items cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded at any point.

How do I exchange an item for a different item?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place an order for the item you want, and send back the item you do not want for a full refund; this ensures the item you are interested in does not sell out and you are not kept waiting for one item to come back before your new item is shipped out.

Can I return a special order/made to order/final sale or garage sale item?

All special orders, made to order, final sale, and garage sale items cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded at any point.  

Am I responsible for the cost of shipping my Return / Exchange back to Strobes N' More?

Yes. You are responsible for return shipping and assume the risk of loss. We suggest that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number and retain that information for your records. We do not refund original shipping charges.

How many days do I have to send an item back to Strobes N More?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item to our location to get a full refund.

What do I need to include when sending an item back to Strobes N' More?

Please include the merchandise with original packaging along with all hard ware and installation guides in its original form. You will need to fill out and include the return/exchange form as well.
