All warranties are held by their perspective manufacturers. Below you will find easy to follow instructions provided by each manufacturer to obtain warranty/repair service. Please follow each manufacturer's guidelines to obtain service.

Do not send product back to Strobes N' More unless directed to do so within the manufacturer info below. This will only delay your repair/warranty and cost you shipping fees.

Any item shipped to us must include a copy of the Warranty/Repair Form, a copy of your original invoice, and the word REPAIRS clearly written on the outside of the package. Please pack product box within a separate box. No markings or return codes are to be written on the original product box. All items must be packaged appropriately to protect against damage during shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to Strobes N’ More - we will cover the cost of return shipping. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please note that Strobes N' More Inc. warranties all of its products for a period of 2-5 years from the date of purchase. If the warrantied product has been discontinued, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value or give you a pro-rated refund of the lesser unused months.

Federal Signal

To obtain warranty service or repair work please call 800-548-7229 to obtain an RMA return code. Once you receive a faxed confirmation of your RMA, ship your repair UPS Red, and we will return it UPS Red. Request a rush. The following will cause a delay in processing your return: no RMA, RMA form is incomplete, the repair was sent to the factory instead of the instructed location.

Each RMA Number is good for one shipment (multiple items accepted) and will expire 10 days after the date it was issued. The new RMA form can be filled in electronically and you can now save a copy of the digital file for your records. After you receive your RMA Number, fill out the RMA Form and enclose a copy of your dated proof of purchase and return it with your product(s)
