Whelen 500 Series TIR6 Black Surface Mount Adapter

This light and adapter were replacing a broken one installed approx 7 years ago. This replacement did not hold the light securely to the mounting surface. I resorted to using the original one which is damaged and called customer service. I await an answer. By the way, I am unable to change the five star rating to anything less!!

Mounting adapter fit the led nicely. Part arrived on time and intact.
